Description:
Lithgow City Council requires the services of suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to undertake a comprehensive inspection and survey regime for the existing stormwater infrastructure contained within Lithgow, Wallerawang and Portland, and to update Council-s current GIS mapping layers.Council requires the project to be completed no later than 20 June 2025Lithgow City Council-s data for stormwater assets is currently of poor quality, a SHP file of Council-s existing GIS layers can be provided to Consultants upon request (please email leanne.kearney@lithgow.nsw.gov.au for layers to be provided).The required scope of works expected of the Consultant is to:• Undertake field survey / inspection of stormwater infrastructure in Lithgow, Wallerawang and Portland areas• Provide updated and accurate GIS data (in SHP file format) with updated attribute tables for data listed in Section 2.3 including: o Location and Coordinates (in mapping layer),o Attribute class / type: outlet/inlet, pit, pipe, junctiono Levels, and pipe diameterso Pipe type, construction materials and pipe conditiono Stormwater treatment systems / type (GPT, trashrack, WSUD) if identifiedExclusions from this project are:• Maintenance of any pits, pipe and junctions within the networkThe requirements of the Consultant for this project include:• Attendance at a pre-contract meeting via MS Teams scheduled for 11.00am on Friday, 2 May 2025 to discuss specific project responsibilities;• Traffic management as req...
