Description:
Yarrabah Aboriginal Shire Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified contractors for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the complete electrical services for this project as per the provided specifications and electrical services drawings. SCOPE OF WORKS The scope of works shall be undertaken in accordance with 24185 Electrical Specification [A] and the attached electrical and communications drawings. The contractor shall ensure all necessary minor and incidental works are included to provide a complete and fully functional electrical services installation. SITE REQUIREMENTS • The contractor shall remove all existing services made redundant by the new works. • All existing services on the site that are to be retained must be protected to remain undamaged during the works. • Provide UPVC sleeves for each penetration through slabs, beams, and external walls for cables not installed on a cable tray or enclosed in conduit. o Driveways and pathways will be undertaken following these works • The contractor is responsible for securing materials / supplies relating the works proposed o The Council may offer the Works Dept. compound on Workshop Road to secure machinery/equipment overnight SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested contractors must provide the following information in their quotation: • Company details, including relevant experience • Proposed approach and methodology for delivering the works • Project schedule, including key milestones • Lump su...
