Description:
Council invites innovative proposals from Tenderers to also identify and propose additional or alternative locations for digital advertising bollards and bus shelters with integrated advertising capabilities throughout the Burwood LGA. While Council has provided a location map (Annexure A) detailing current sites, Tenderers are encouraged to propose strategic new locations that maximise commercial value without compromising public amenity or services. This may include the relocation of existing bus stops to more advantageous positions, provided service quality and accessibility are maintained or enhanced. All proposed new locations must align with Council's planning requirements, enhance the urban landscape, and demonstrate clear revenue potential. Tenderers should note that revenue proposals for additional locations must be priced separately from existing locations to ensure the base revenue stream remains unaffected should proposed new locations not receive necessary approvals.
