Clarence City Council invites Quotations from suitably qualified Respondents to undertake aConsultancy for:(a) To review the existing CCC Community Services plans that have exceeded theirestablished timeframes (listed below), and(b) Undertake analysis of best practice approach to strategic framework and plans,across the national local government environment to benchmark and providerecommendations for council to establish new plans/planning frameworkincorporating the intent of the plans listed below.Full details are provided in Schedule 1 of the specimen copy of the Contract appearing in Part4 of this Invitation. Respondents are to contact Council-s nominated contact officer namedon the cover page if additional information is required to complete the Quotation Response.Please note that it is expected the project will range in value from $30,000 - $40,000 ex GST.
