Re-configuration of all electricals will be required. Existing ceilings and beams to remain.Inclusions; kitchen sink, dishwasher, wall oven, fire services, electricals, cupboards and hardware, all toilet fixtures and hand rails, wall coverings, architrave.Exclusions; upright refrigerator, dining room table and chairs, bench stovetop.Inspection of building prior to providing quotation is recommended.Proposed end date is 30th June 2025 however 31st July 2025 would also be considered due to the tight timeline.
