Description:
Request for Information (RFI)In March 2024, the Pharmacy Business Ownership Act 2024 (the Act), was passed by the Queensland Parliament. On 1 September 2024, the Act that established the Queensland Pharmacy Business Ownership Council (PBOC) as an independent statutory body. The PBOC is responsible for administering and regulating pharmacy business ownership in Queensland. The ICT solution will enable the administration and regulation of the pharmacy business ownership licensing scheme under the Act.The primary objective of the RFI process is to investigate the supply market to gain a detailed understanding of the capability and capacity of the supply market and the range of solutions and technologies that may be available to meet PBOC-s business needs and the Act-s requirements.
