Description:
Request for Information Responses are invited for the provision of leased ground floor office accommodation with the below requirements : Premise ranging from 650-750 square meters of net lettable area (NLA). Premises must be ground floor and suitable for customer service delivery. Site must be located within Eastgardens, NSW as depicted in the attached Location Map. Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking. Lease term : Preference for Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each. Lease and operational commencement no later than 29 August 2026. Minimum Grade ‘A- office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality- (Property Council of Australia 2019) DDA compliant. Building classification to be suitable for office accommodation including customer service delivery. Provision of energy and sustainability in accordance with the Net Zero in Government Operations Strategy. Note : The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency-s discretion.
