The Council of the City of Gold Coast (City) is seeking information in relation to the scope below. This information will assist the City to further refine their requirement and understand the capabilities of the market to fulfil this requirement.Scope:The City is considering engaging a Contractor with suitably qualified and experienced personnel (which may include sub-contractors) to undertake inspection, cleaning and maintenance services of the GPT-s at numerous locations within the boundaries of the areas controlled by the City (Maintenance Services).
