Description:
New package units of appropriate size to service rooms 2 and 3 are required. Dimensions of Room 2 are approx. 3.6m W x 4.5m L x 2.7m H less a cold room with dimensions of approx. 1.9m W x 2.5M L x 2.7m H. Dimensions of Room 3 are 3.2m W x 4.5m L x 2.7m H. See Diagram 1 on last page.The package units must have adjustable control to achieve temperature range of 18 to 28C through heating and cooling. Banana plants require 24 to 28C but the rooms may need to accommodate different plants in the future that require a lower or higher range.The alarm range of the package units must be adjustable between 15 and 35C. The high temperature alarm must interface with a cut-off switch for the growth lighting above the shelves so that the lights are turned off when the temperature reaches 30C.The package units must be able to control humidity control within a range of 50 to 70% RH in the ambient environment of the Sunshine Coast.
