Description:
The required works involve the following:Remove accumulated items, waste items and scrap materials stored in the front, side and rear yard areas on the premises to a licensed waste facility. The items to be removed include, but are not limited to: ? Whitegoods? Refuse? Scrap metals? Car parts (for vehicles not at the premises)? Boxes? Timber products? Plastics? Animal cages? Partially used paint, oil and lubricant containers? Metal roofing? Disused gas cylinders? Disused bikes ? Old furniture? Tyres? Any other waste/accumulated item or scrap material, whether it is made from fabric, plastic, glass, timber, metal, rubber, cardboard or paper which is being stored on the premises. Materials removed from the premises must be disposed of lawfully, with all products able to be recycled sent to the appropriate licensed facility.
