Wa Country Health Service (Wachs) Is Seeking Offers For The Refurbishment Of The Nurses Quarters Located At 19 Thomas St, Three Springs. The Extent Of The Refurbishment Includes The Kitchen, Dining And Living Areas, Bedrooms, Bathrooms And Verandah Areas.The Nurses Quarters Are Part Of A Brick, Single-Story Dwelling, Approximately 60 Years Old. The Building Includes A Matrons Flat Which Is Not Included In The Refurbishment Works As Described In This Request. Three Springs Is Located 308 Kms North From Perththe Kitchen, Dining And Living Areas, Bedrooms, Bathrooms And Verandahs Require General Refurbishment And Modernisation. Work Will Also Include Upragdes To The Electrical (Power And Lighting), Security And Fire System, Mechanical And Hydraulic Systems And Building Structures.Architectural Drawings Have Been Developed And Are Included As Described In This Request.
