- Provision of hook bin cartage services that are supplementing Council's own hook bin activities. The required service demand will fluctuate with volumes of waste requiring transportation due to the level of the activity of Council's own hook bin service and volumes of incoming Material. The hook bins are loaded by the Facility with incoming Material in various sized Bins (10m3, 12m3, 15m3, 20m3, 25m3 and 31m3 for cartage to Nominated Facilities, or at time, Alternative Facilities.
