- The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for construction of permitter fencing and school signage for Virginia State School located at 1678 Sandgate Road, Virginia QLD 4013.The tender includes the Design and Construct of perimeter fencing with a sliding vehicle gate and block wall with statement signage. This tender is for a principal contractor to take on the entire scope of works with also includes the design responsibility for all works. The contractor is to ensure they have the appropriate licencing and insurances to perform the works. All works to be completed by the end of June 2025.
