Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of Site Access at Maleny SS, located at 16 Bunya Street, Maleny QLD 4552, as part of the Ed4All (ED4ALL) program.The works includes a new PWD ramp comprising of composite decking and concrete slab, balustrades, staircase and relocating services. New covered structures over existing concrete walkways including stormwater services. The position of the building is at the middle of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by July 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity InsuranceIt is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders- licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 20/03/2025 at 3:00pm via email to tenders@honeywill.com.au
