Backgroundthe Public Transport Operations Migration (Ptom) Project Forms Part Of The High-Capacity Signalling (Hcs) Programme Of Works To Accommodate Critical Infrastructure And Personnel To Manage The Day-To-Day Operations Of Perth&Rsquo;S Expanding Public Transport Network.The Pta Has Constructed A Five-Storey Building, Public Transport Operations Control Centre (Ptocc) That Will Accommodate The Following:Network Control Centre (Ncc)Central Monitoring Room (Cmr)Network And Infrastructure (N&I)The Pta Adopted A Staged Approach To Building And Fit-Out Of The Ptocc With The Following Stages Already Completed:Stage 1A &Ndash; Ptocc Base Building. Completed In December 2023Stage 1B &Ndash; Levels 4 & 5 Fit-Out. Completed In July 2024Stage 2A &Ndash; Ground Level Offices Fit-Out. Completed In December 2024Stage 2B &Ndash; Level 1 Interim Ncc Fit-Out. Completed In March 2024As Part Of The Ongoing Fit-Out, The Next, And Final Stage, Of The New Ptocc Building, The Pta Has A Requirement For New Functions And Modifications To Existing Functions On Levels 1 To 3, Including But Not Limited To, New Offices, Training Rooms, Comms And Electrical Distribution, Heating And Ventilation And Fire Services.Stage 3A &Ndash; Levels 2 & 3 Fit-Out.
