Description:
The Department Of Justice (The Department) Supports The Community Through The Provision Of High Quality Justice And Court Services Throughout The State Of Western Australia.The Department Is Seeking The Services Of Suitably Skilled And Qualified Consulting Counselling Provider(S) To Provide Wellness Services For Eligible Officers.To Ensure Sufficient Coverage And Capacity The Contract Authority Reserves The Right To Select:A Single Provider To Deliver The Services; Ormultiple Providers To Deliver The Services.The Resultant Head Agreement Will Constitute A Standing Offer, Whereby The Customer Can Utilise Services On An &Lsquo;As Required&Rsquo; Basis During The Term.The Department Does Not Guarantee Any Volume Of Services Throughout The Term Of The Head Agreement, With Services Subject To Requirements Of The Contract Authority. The Specification / Statement Of Requirements (Appendix 2) Is Confidential.To Receive A Copy Of Appendix 2 &Ndash; Specification Requirements, Respondents Must Download And Complete Appendix 1 &Ndash; Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement.The Appendix 1 &Ndash; Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement Must Be Signed And Returned To Brooke Bellman, Procurement Manager (Department Of Finance) At Brooke.Bellman@Finance.Wa.Gov.Au, Prior To The Release Of Confidential Document, Appendix 2 &Ndash; Specification Requirements.
