The Western Australia Police Force Seeks To Implement A Commercial Off The Shelf Recordkeeping Solution Delivered As Software As A Service (Saas). The Wa Police Force Is Seeking To Select The Best Fit Value For Money Solution From A Respondent Who Can Demonstrate Relevant Industry Knowledge, Experience And Expertise, Along With A Commitment To Partnering With The Wa Police Force To Successfully Implement And Support The Agency&Rsquo;S Ongoing Recordkeeping Requirements. The Recordkeeping Solution Is Required To Meet Evolving Agency Business Requirements For Managing Electronic And Physical Records. The Solution Should Include Productivity Enhancing And Automation Capabilities To Support Recordkeeping Processes, And Have The Functionality Required To Meet State Records Commission Principles And Standards Governing Recordkeeping Within State Agencies.The Solution Should Integrate With Microsoft Office Tools And Provide The Ability To Communicate And Exchange Data With Third Party Applications Through The Use Of Software Adapters Or Application Programming Interfaces. The Solution Implementation Will Include:The Migration Of Up To 6,000 Gigabytes Of Data From The Current On-Premises Recordkeeping System Objective. Training Of Six Records Management Staff.Provision Of User Guides For The Use Of Software Functionality From Both An End User And Recordkeeping Compliance Perspective. Additionally, The Wa Police Force Are Seeking Optional Solutions To Achieve The Requirements Identified For An Optional Solution To Discover, Classify And Manage Compliance For Records Located Within Information Repositories Such As Network Folders, Microsoft Sharepoint And Microsoft Outlook, Through The Provision Of In-Place Management Of Records. Although Not A Mandatory Requirement For This Request, Respondents Are Encouraged To Submit An Offer To Meet These Requirements.
