Description:
Provision of IT Managed Services for the NCA will be released through AusTender in early January 2025, or thereafter. The NCA is seeking an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide the enterprise-wide IT Managed Services (the Services) that are essential to the NCA-s strategic and operational functions. The Services and responsibilities of MSP include : Managing day-to-day operations of the Services, providing available, secure, and efficient IT services and business systems to support the NCA-s operational requirements; Overseeing the governance, coordination, and management of IT services, ensuring alignment with the NCA-s objectives, and delivering high quality service; Working closely with the NCA-s business areas and Other Service Providers to maintain seamless integration, drive innovation, and ensure alignment with operational and strategic goals; Providing a responsive Service Desk as the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests; Managing the full lifecycle of end-user devices and applications, including deployment, updates, and troubleshooting, to enable seamless business continuity and productivity; Managing the NCA-s Azure Cloud environment and ...
