- This Notice of Intent is to advise that the Department of Health, Ageing and Disability (department) intends to conduct a post-release industry briefing to support an upcoming approach to market for Enterprise Computing Services. This session will provide an overview of the planned procurement and offer potential tenderers early insights into the Department-s requirements. As part of the upcoming procurement, the Department is seeking a qualified Enterprise Computing Provider to deliver specialised services within a complex ICT environment. The scope of this procurement is to engage an experienced Provider to deliver Enterprise Computing services for the purpose of providing compute, storage, data centre network and cloud services to support Department applications and digital platforms. The Department will be seeking to engage a qualified and experienced Enterprise Computing Service Provider (EC Service Provider) to deliver Enterprise Computing (EC) Services within a complex Multi-Vendor Environment (MVE) ICT environment. The EC Service Provider will be responsible for the planning, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of EC Services aligned with Axelos ITIL® 4 Edition practices.
