- Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) seeks to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of depth of sedation and cerebral oximetry monitoring equipment and related consumables to meet the ongoing clinical, operational and financial requirements of facilities within MNHHS.Suppliers are invited to submit Offers for the provision of depth of sedation and cerebral oximetry monitoring equipment and related consumables, based on the following supply models:• Capital purchase (including whole of life costs e.g. service and maintenance, supply of dedicated consumables)• Loan Agreement without target (no upfront cost for the equipment, supply of dedicated consumables without consumption targets)• Loan Agreement with target (no upfront cost for the equipment, supply of dedicated consumables with consumption targets)Suppliers may offer for more than one type of supply model.Please refer to ITO documents for further information about this opportunity.
