North Metropolitan Tafe (Nmtafe) (The Licensor) Is Seeking Suitably Experienced Café Operators To Operate The Cafeterias At Five (5) Campuses. The Licensor Is Seeking To Establish A Deed Of Licence (&Ldquo;Licence&Rdquo;) With One Or More Operators (Licensees) With A Proven Track Record Of Quality Service, Reasonable Prices And Customer Satisfaction For The Operation Of Existing Cafeterias Located At The Following Campuses:Campuses:East Perth Campus: 140 Royal Street, East Perthleederville Campus: 43 Richmond Street, Leedervillemt Lawley Campus: 397 Lord Street, Mt Lawleyperth Campus: 25 Aberdeen St, Perthjoondalup Campus: 35 Kendrew Crescent, Joondaluplicensees Will Manage All Food Health Requirements, Including Food Storage, Food Handling And Work Health Safety (Whs), Regularly Liaising With The Nmtafe Regarding Cafeteria Operations.Respondents May Submit An Offer For A Single Campus, Multiple Campuses, Or All Campuses. The Licensor Reserves The Right To Offer A Licence To A Single Respondent For All Campuses Or A Single Campus Or Any Multiple Thereof Based On The Determination Of A Value For Money Outcome.
