Description:
Wa Country Health Service Requires The Provision Of An &Ldquo;Off The Shelf&Rdquo; Aged-Care Specific Residential Digital Management System (Rdms). The Solution Is To Be Used By Both Internal And External Staff At Wachs To Manage Clients Within The Karlarra House Residential Aged Care Facility. The Objective Of Implementing An Aged-Care Specific Rdms Is To Streamline And Standardise Processes, Improve Data Collection, Support Clinical And Business Operations, Enhance Client/Resident Care, Improve Rostering And Scheduling Tasks, And Produce Informative Reports.The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring Policies And Legislation (Both State And Commonwealth) Applicable To The Aged Care Sector Are Tracked, Communicated And/Or Reported On Within The Solution. There Is A Preference To Have The Service Fully Operational (With Testing And Acceptance Completed) As Soon As Possible, Preferably Within Four Months Of Contract Commencement.The Customer&Rsquo;S Preference Is For The Solution To Be Delivered In A Hosting Environment Provided By The Contractor; However, Where This Is Not Possible, The Customer Will Consider Hosting The Solution On Wa Health Managed Infrastructure And Platforms On The Internal Department Of Health Network Or Public Cloud Where Appropriate.
