- The Agency aims to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA conformance standards for web accessibility for all our products, to enable our products to be useable by a majority of people with and without disabilities. Currently our products use different tools, methods and accessibility standards. To compound this, due to its lack of internal Accessibility Subject Matter Experts, the Agency relies on expensive outsourcing to perform much of its accessibility work. The purpose of the accessibility testing tool service is to improve efficiency by adopting a more standardised approach to test accessibility potentially across the organisation.
