South Metropolitan Tafe (Sm Tafe) Requires The Provision Of Gardening Services At The Following Campuses:Group One: Bentley, Carlisle, Thornlie And Armadale Church Avenue Campus And Armadale Commerce Avenue Campus.Group Two: Jandakot, Kwinana, Munster, Rockingham, Murdoch And Fremantle.Group Three: Mandurah.Respondents May Submit Offers For One Or More Groups, However The Offer Must Cover All Campuses Within The Groups Submitted For.Sm Tafe Aims To Provide Students, Staff, And Visitors With A Clean Healthy Environment Conducive To Learning. The Gardening Contractor/S Plays An Important Part In Setting The Standards.Sm Tafe-S Campuses Are Quite Different In Nature And Will Require A Variety Of Gardening Activities. The Landscaping And Garden Areas At Each Campus Provide Valuable Amenity And Enhance The Learning And Training Activities Being Undertaken. Sm Tafe Seeks To Provide A Neat, Tidy And Well-Kept Appearance At All Times. The Contractor/S Will Be Expected To Consolidate And Enhance The Beautification Intent Of The Current Landscaping Undertaken At All Campuses.
