Description:
This procurement is to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced contractor to carry out the receipt, sorting, processing, recovery and disposal of co-mingled recyclables collected by Council's kerbside collection services and self-hauled co-mingled recycling from the Byron Resource Recovery Centre. This procurement may include the requirement of a refund sharing agreement under the NSW Container Deposit Scheme for refunds received by the Contractor in respect of eligible containers provided by Council.

Byron Shire is a local government area located in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia.
