Principal Contractor - Royal Hobart Hospital Emergency Department Expansion Phase 2 Main Work
Engagement of a Principal Contractor to deliver phase 2 of the Royal Hobart Hospital Emergency Department (ED) Expansion construction project.At a high level this phase will involve: Preparatory works on Argyle St and the J Block rear corridor Refurbishment of the lower ground floor of the current ED Creation of a Child Safe and separate Paediatrics ED Refurbishment of an area in Level 3CD for the relocation of the Mental Health Short Stay; and Creation of a new Fast-Track area on Level 3 J Block.

Prequalification :Only Contractors prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme and the National Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
