Principal Contractor - LGH Temporary Carpark (Anne O'Byrne)
The project aim is to utilise the vacant land on the corner of Charles and Howick Streets for a temporary Launceston General Hospital (LGH) carpark (174 Spaces) to offset the upcoming loss of car spaces due to implementation of LGH Masterplan projects.The scope of the temporary carpark works also includes provision of temporary traffic signals at the intersection of Howick and Mulgrave Streets which will remain until completion of the LGH multistorey carpark and until a suitable roundabout design has been developed, approved, and constructed.
Prequalification : Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
