Principal Contractor - Brighton Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Refurbishment Project
Refurbishment of the 288m2 floorplate at 205 Brighton Road, Brighton, to meet the clinical and administrative functions of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) for the area. This will involve undertaking works to repurpose the vacant space to deliver a functional premises for CAMHS administrative and client services.

Prequalification : Only Contractors or Consultants prequalified with the Department of Treasury and Finance Prequalification Scheme are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified at or above the financial limit specified, or to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
