Logan City Council is is seeking qualified Contractor/s to establish a Register of Pre-Qualified Suppliers for Civil Construction to deliver Council's roads and drainage capital works and rehabilitation programmes.Council will establish two separate registers of pre-qualified suppliers for the delivery of Civil Construction Services to Council under a Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement:• a register of pre-qualified suppliers for construction only of civil works (Construction Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement); and • a register of pre-qualified suppliers for design and construction of civil works (Design & Construct Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement) The Construction Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement will be a three (3) tiered arrangement based on the value of the project being conducted, where tier 1 is for the highest value projects and tier 3 is for the lowest value projects. It is therefore intended that there will be a total of four (4) Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangements created by the evaluation process contemplated under this Request for Tender, being:• Tier 1 Construction Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement - equal to or greater than $16 million;• Tier 2 Construction Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement - $4 million to $15,999,999 million;• Tier 3 Construction Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement - less than $ 4 million; and• Design & Construct Pre-Qualified Supplier Arrangement- $4 million to $15,999,999 million.This request is for the Tier 2 Construction Pre-Qualifie...
