Description:
Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the delivery of guided tours at the Venus Gold Battery, a significant local attraction. The successful tenderer will have the opportunity to enhance the existing visitor experience by "value-adding" to the current video presentations, supported by engaging and themed presentations. Council encourages innovative ideas to create a more immersive and entertaining experience for visitors.Services required are described in the attached documents. A site inspection will be held on Tuesday 25 March 2025 if required. RSVP's by Thursday 20 March 2025 @ 5:00pm to tenders@charterstowers.qld.gov.au. (this is not mandatory)Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.Tenders must be lodged via VendorPanel by the closing time.
