Description:
The National Gallery of Australia (NGA) is seeking to build a relationship with a suitably capable plumbing and hydraulics maintenance supplier who will deliver, under contract, plumbing and hydraulic system maintenance at its Parks and Hume Facilities including but not limited to : • Planned maintenance; • Breakdown and reactive repairs; • Management of all aspects of the contract, including but not limited to : o co-ordination and oversight of maintenance activities, o contract transition management, o detailed reporting and documentation of maintenance work, o ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timelines, and o registration management of key assets; • The supply of all necessary consumables for maintenance tasks; • Efficient mobilisation of resources and personnel to service sites; • Management of the inventory and supply chain for maintenance materials; and • Updated hydraulic plans.
