Description:
The Purpose Of The Statewide Panel Contract For Electrical And Intelligent Transport Systems Installation Works (Pceits) Is To Provide Main Roads Electrical Asset Management (Eam) Branch A Mechanism To Deliver Electrical And Its Capital Works Projects. The Resulting Contract Is Intended To Be Awarded To A Number Of Contractors Forming A Panel. Each Project (Proposed Work Order) Will Be Treated As A Separable Portion Under The Minor Works General Conditions Of Contract, As Modified By Main Roads (The Principal). Each Separable Portion Will Have Its Own Statement Of Requirements / Scope Of Works And Will Be Tendered To Some Of The Panel Members And Subsequently Awarded To One Of The Panel Members Via A Work Order Under The Contract.
