Description:
The existing HVAC equipment, 10 of, are being replaced with similar type equipment, which have higher energy and thermal efficiency capabilities. A specification document and drawings have been developed by Bridgeford Group - Mechanical Consultants and will be loaded as an attachment in the tender to be used as a source of information to guide you through the tender submission process. A suitably qualified Mechanical Contractor is required. All insurances will need to be obtained and remain current through out the term of the agreement including the Defects Liability Period. The Principal contractor will need to provide all details of any sub-contractor that are to be involved on this project. All Contractors and Sub-Contractors will need to complete the Federation University induction process via the Rapid Global portal before any work commences. Principal will be obligated to supply all SWMS documentation as requested by the Project Supervisor. No work will commence on site until the VPS Minor Works Agreement is fully executed. A (12) twelve month warranty will be required to be provided for the installed equipment and workmanship. Key Requirements: Timelines will need to be adhered too. There are no restrictions on access to the tenants they will have no access to heating and cooling during this period. Lead times for ordering equipment will need to be clearly noted.
