- Open Arms — Veterans & Families Counselling service (Open Arms) provides free, confidential, nation-wide counselling and mental health support for current serving members, veterans and their families. The service is a legacy of the Vietnam veterans, now available to all current and ex-service personnel and families. Currently Open Arms is accredited under the National Standards for Mental Health Services until August 2025. This RFT seeks to secure an accrediting body to assess and accredit against these same standards for the 2025-2028 accreditation cycle. Open Arms encourages tenders from suitable organisations that are approved to accredit against these standards and who have the capability to supply the specified services.
