Description:
As part of RSHQ, the Board of Examiners (BoE) administers legislation exams for all certificate of competency candidates and all coal site senior executive notice candidates. Historically the BoE has relied on paper-based exam delivery mode and has relied on BoE members themselves to draft the exam papers. RSHQ has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of provide ongoing service and support for: a. digital enrolment for applicants to online examinations,b. provision of online examinations to applicants,c. assessment of examinations,d. examination notifications to be sent to applicants and to RSHQ, ande. the provision of a support service model that enables applicants or RSHQ to register service provision anomalies.The scope of the online examinations is to include: a. multiple choice, andb. long answer questions.RSHQ may exercise a choice to implement multiple choice prior to long answer questions.
