Description:
In the period from 13 to 28 December 2023, Far North District experienced extreme rainfall and localised flooding associated with Tropical Cyclone Jasper. The event was subsequently activated under the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) - Event 24E - Tropical Cyclone Jasper, Associated Rainfall and Flooding.As a result of this disaster event, numerous locations on the Department of Transport and Main Road (TMR) road network now require further investigations, detailed design and reconstruction to restore the network to its pre-disaster functionality.TMR is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Project Scheduler to work with and assist a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver FND DRFA projects and other assigned FND QTRIP project.This Project Scheduler role will be co-located and embedded within TMR's Far North District's (FND) Program Control's team and will support the district to control and report on various elements of the DRFA delivery progress, with primary responsibility for the creation and regular maintenance of project schedules in Primavera P6.Please refer to the invitation documents for further information.
