Description:
The Australian Government Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications, Sports and the Arts wish to procure services for an organisation to lead and deliver child and family wellbeing services on Norfolk Island to deliver the following objectives : • Provide a senior staff member to hold the child protection powers, functions and responsibilities of the Child Welfare Officer under the Child Welfare Act 2009 (NI). • Lead, manage and deliver the services of the Child and Family Wellbeing Unit on Norfolk Island through intervention, prevention, education and events programs to strengthen, promote and support child and family health, wellbeing, relationships and safety.
