- Description:
- The National Capital Authority (NCA) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced & reputable Contractor to undertake minor works in relation to Asphalt Concrete upgrades across the NCA estate. The NCA own and manage a large portfolio of civil assets across it-s estate, including a network of arterial roads. These arterial road assets are integral infrastructure to the NCA and the community. As part of our ongoing management of these assets we undertake regular inspections to monitor condition of assets and ensure they are operating effectively. Delivery of the works scoped for this project will ensure critical NCA road assets are upgraded providing them a longer service life, improving safety and ensuring that the expectations of the community and NCA Stakeholders are being met. A package of works has been drafted which is detailed in the Tender Drawings. The successful Contractor will be required to undertake and manage all works associated with the repairs and installation including project management, quality assurance and traffic management. Further details are contained in the ATM Documentation. The successful Contractor will need to demonstrate a strong track record and high levels of skill and experience in delivering comparable packages of works.
