- The Australian Federal Police (AFP) regrets informing the industry of further delay in releasing the RFT, which was initially planned for the first week of August 2025. The AFP currently anticipates that it will conduct following activities on, or about the following dates : · September 2025 : release of RFT seeking responses from potential suppliers. · December 2025 : inform short-listed Tenderer(s). · January to February 2026 : verification activities, and value for money and risk assessment. · February to March 2026 : conduct contract negotiations and award contract to the successful Tenderer. · April 2026 : commence work of the resulting contract. These activities and timelines are provided for information only and are subject to change, or to not proceed at all, at the sole discretion of the AFP. The AFP wishes to thank industry for its patience and interest in the impending RFT.
