This is a notice to advise potential suppliers of an opportunity to attend an Industry Briefing session, as part of market analysis for the Project, the details of which are as follows : The intention of this Industry Briefing session is to ensure that potential suppliers receive clarity on AFP-s expectations in relation to the Project. Please register your interest in attending the Industry Briefing session by emailing AFP-RFT@afp.gov.au by no later than 3 : 00PM (Canberra Time), Thursday, 22 May 2025, with the following information : · first name, last name, company name, mobile phone number and email address of people who are attending the Industry Briefing session in-person or via tele/video conference In addition, an opt-in offer is made to each potential supplier to present their proposed solution to AFP (i.e. the Industry Presentations) based on predefined User Stories enclosed in the Industry Information Pack enclosed herewith, during the period from Monday, 9 June 2025 to Friday, 20 June 2025 (inclusive), for up to 45 minutes per potential supplier, either in person or via tele/video conferencing. The presentations could take the form of PowerPoint slides, wireframes and/or product demonstrations.
