- Defence intends to identify providers capable of offering national fitness facility access to Australian Defence Force (ADF) and Australian Public Service (APS), Defence Contractors and their families. The arrangement is not a paid contract, instead, it is a negotiated access agreement between the provider and ADF, APS and contracted Defence personnel. Defence is interested in identifying a preferred provider arrangement under which eligible personnel may access membership for physical health / wellbeing activities. Defence seeks to understand the frameworks that would support voluntary individual membership agreements between personnel, immediate members of their families and the provider. Any arrangement should be nationally available, including regional and remote considerations. This is not a procurement that involves Defence paying for services. Any potential future arrangement must not require Defence to administer membership accounts, billing or records. Defence cannot guarantee membership volumes as any arrangement will be voluntary for ADF, APS and contracted Defence personnel. Information sought from industry : 1.
