- The Mezzanine Deck Is To Be Erected Over An Existing Roofed Internal Courtyard. The New Deck Area Is Approximately 7,100Mm X 7,700Mm.The Mezzanine Deck And Roof Structure Is To Be Constructed Of Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron. The Mezzanine Is To Have Corrugated Iron Roof. Additionally, A Smaller Corrugated Iron Roof Is To Be Erected Over An Existing Small Mezzanine Deck In The Same Area Of Approximately 4.6M X 2.4M.To Facilitate The Works, Various Small Items Of Mechanical Plant Will Have To Be Removed And Some Reinstated. In Addition To The Mezzanine Deck, The Exiting Roof Sheeting Over The Courtyard I To Be Replaced As Part Of The Project.Due To The Location Fo The Proposed Deck, The Major Items Of Structure And Roofing Materials Will Have To Be Craned From The Nearby Street, Possibly Requiring Traffic Management.
