Health Support Services (Hss) Invites Offers For The Supply Of A Wide Range Of Patent, Biosimilar And Generic Medicines Used Throughout Wa, Predominantly By Wa Public Hospitals. In Addition, Some State Agencies And Authorised Bodies Will Also Have Access To The Benefits Of The Contract For The Management Of A Wide Range Of Medical Conditions.Hss Issues This Request For Two Purposes:(A) To Establish A Panel Of Suppliers Capable Of Supplying Medicines For A Term Of Up To Nine Years, Where Each Panel Member Enters Into A Head Agreement With Hss As The Contract Authority; And(B) To Award Standing Offers Under The Panel For The Goods And Services Specified In The Product Request Issued Concurrently With This Request ("Initial Product Request"), Including Medicines Under The Categories Of:Patent;Biosimilars;Generics; Andthe Tga Special Access Scheme.Under A Standing Offer, Customers May Then Issue Orders For Supply Of The Goods And Services.The Head Agreements For The Panel Will Replace The Existing Contract Hcns119914 Supply Of Pharmaceuticals Products And Is Expected To Commence In March &Ndash; April 2026.
