The City of West Torrens requires the provision of mechanical services and air conditioning maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of its facilities. The Council seeks to engage contractors through a panel arrangement, allowing for a range of services including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and minor projects. This framework aims to maintain the Council's infrastructure effectively while providing flexibility in contractor selection based on performance, price, and availability.Refer to RFQ documents for additional information.Note: Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is a mandatory requirement. Please refer to Schedule 6 for detailed information. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a non-conforming submission, and such submissions will not be considered during the evaluation process.
