Description:
The Managing Contractor will deliver services across a range of disciplines, including project management, public stakeholder engagement, and the planning and delivery of noise insulation works in residential and non-residential buildings within the eligibility area. Key tasks for the Managing Contractor in each program phase will include : a) Program set-up : Establishment of program management and engagement systems, plans and reporting template. b) Program commencement : Undertaking community engagement activities within the program eligibility area. c) Application assessment : Processing and assessment and recommendation of program applications. d) Property assessment and treatment plan development : Undertaking property inspections and building assessments to develop noise treatment plans for eligible buildings. e) Noise treatment works delivery : Delivering all building works, management of all workplace health and safety requirements, and other processes as required. f) Works completion : Assessing completed works for compliance and quality assurance. g) Program close-out and evaluation : Closing out the program activities and participating in the program evaluation.
