Description:
Logan City Council is seeking qualified contractor/s to operate and manage the following four centres. • Separable Portion 1 - Logan North Aquatic & Fitness Centre • Separable Portion 2 - Beenleigh Aquatic Centre • Separable Portion 3 - Bethania Aquatic Centre • Separable Portion 4 - Eagleby Aquatic CentreThe selected contractor/s will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of these facilities, which will include program delivery, customer service, some facility maintenance, health and safety management, and financial reporting.Responses should demonstrate efficient and effective operations, opportunities for collaboration with Council, and community engagement in sports, fitness, and leisure. Respondents can express interest in one, some, or all facilities, with conforming tenders required for each site tendered. Bundled non-conforming offers are allowed if individual conforming tenders are also submitted. Non-conforming tenders should provide the opportunity for the respondent to offer Council additional options not considered in the conforming tenders. Council may select multiple respondents based on community interests and operator suitability.
