Pilbara Ports Is Developing The Lumsden Point General Cargo Facility And Logistics Hub (Lgcf, Lumsden Point). The Lcgf Is A New Multi-User Facility And Logistics Hub That Will Facilitate Activities Including The Export Of Critical Minerals, The Import Of Renewable Energy Infrastructure, Import/Export Of General Cargo, And The Import Of Bulk Liquids Including Fuel And Chemicals. Lumsden Point Is Located At The Southern End Of The Port Of Port Hedland, Situated Between South Creek And Southeast Creek, Directly Adjacent To Great Northern Highway.The Objective Of Package 5B &Ndash; Materials Handling System Is To Carry Out The Engineering, Procurement, Construction And Commissioning Of The Materials Handling System (Mhs) At Lumsden Point. The Mhs Includes The Outload Conveyor, Transfer Stations, Shiploader And All Associated Infrastructure.
