Project Overview:The Visitor Accommodation At Longreach Is Being Upgraded And The Ria Are Reducing Their Reliance On Lpg Gas In The Precinct, As Such The Accommodation Units Are Moving To An All- Electrical Installation. To Meet The New Power Consumption Loadings, Ria Are Seeking A Suitably Qualified Contractor To Upgrade The Low Voltage Network And Install New Cabling And Network Switchboards, Suppliedfrom The New Longreach Hv/Lv Kiosk. Tenderers Note:This Contract Is Time Critical And Has Two (2) Separable Portions Which Must Be Completed By The Following Dates:Separable Portion No. 1: Units 801-816 (Zepher Road) By 30 June 2025.Separable Portion No. 2: Units 817-836 (Islander And Hydroflyte Loop) By 25 July 2025.Mandatory Briefing/ Site Inspectiona Mandatory Briefing/Site Inspection For Prospective Respondents Will Be Conducted At: Date: Thursday, 13 March 2025 Time: 9:00 A.M.
