The Director General Systems & Integration (DG S&I) has formally released the updated Land Network Integration Centre (LNIC) Strategic Plan, outlining a refined approach to digital integration, technical assurance, and capability modernisation across the Land Combat System (LCS). This strategy sets the direction for LNIC-s transformation over the next five years, aligning with Army-s priorities and the broader objectives of the Integrated Force. This Industry Day will provide Defence industry partners with : - An overview of the LNIC Strategic Plan, including its vision, mission, and seven strategic goals designed to assure the digital integration of Army-s capabilities. - An opportunity to understand the role of LNIC, including its support to Army, Joint, and Coalition partners in delivering integrated, interoperable, and cyber-assured capabilities.Insights into LNIC-s evolving engagement model, including its use of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), digital standards, and risk-reduction experimentation through federated Battle Labs and System Integration Labs (SILs). - An understanding of LNIC-s status as an Accredited Engineering Organisation (AEO) and Test & Evaluation Unit (T&E ), reinforcing its authority and accountability in delivering validated, technically assured integration outcomes. - Discussion on planned activities for the upcoming calendar year (s), including opportunities for collaboration in design, validation, and integration efforts across Army-s pri...
