Description:
Jll Has Been Contracted To Provide Property Management Services On Behalf Of Our Client, The Department Of Finance Wa. As Part Of Our Service, Jll Wa'S Engineering And Operation Solutions (Eos) Team Is Responsible For Overseeing Operational And Capital Works Projects Within The Property Portfolio. We Are Currently Looking For A Skilled, Suitably Qualified And Experienced Lift Installation And Maintenance Contractor To Successfully Complete The Project Outlined In Section 2 - Statement Of Requirements And Specification.The Contractor Is Required To Provide Pricing For All Of The Scope Required To Supply And Install New Lifts In Line With Global Elevator Managements Design And Specification Documentation. Global Elevator Management , As The Projects Consulting Engineers Will Be Assisting Jll In Reviewing Submitted Tenders As Well As Answering Any Construction Phase Rfis And Undertaking Periodic Substantial & Practical Completion Site Inspections In Accordance With The Specification And Scope Of Work Attached To This Rft.As Part Of The Contractors Tender A Proposed Works Program And Methodology Will Also Need To Be Provided. Please Allow And Include In Your Proposed Work Program Any Noisy (Drilling, Grinding, Cutting Etc.) Or Services Disruptions Or Shutdown Of Essential Services E.G. Air-Conditioning, Fire Services, Electrical Boards, Etc.) To Be Conducted In The Morning Prior To 8:30Am Where Possible. The Contractor Must Base Their Pricing, Schedule And Works Methodology On Two (2) Lifts Being Replaced At A Time. The Contractor Must Allow To Maintain The Current Lifts Until They Are Replaced And Commissioned Back Into Service.The Contractor Must Allow For Warranty And Planned Preventative Maintenance During The Defect-S Liability Period (12 Months After Practical Completion) In Accordance With Manufacturer(S) And Consulting Engineer-S Instructions.
